PROFILE
VAPOMAX Steam Boilers ( Non-IBR in India),are available in vertical design. ranging from 50 Kg/Hr to 2000 Kg/Hr (Non-IBR 50 to 800 Kg/Hr). No certified Boiler attendent and no special boiler house are required. |

DESIGN FEATURES

• Fully Automatic Operation, VAPOMAX runs ON-OFF automatically on steam requirement, hence consumes minimum fuel & gives best operating efficiency.
• Designed for high pressure saturated steam generation.
• Designed for easy operation & maintenance.
• All standard Indigenous parts, so easy availability of spares.
• Due to Coil type design & maximum safety features incorporated, there are no explosion hazards.
• The Burner of the boiler is adjusted to give a high CO2 content & a high degree of efficiency maintaining clean combustion, almost free of air pollutants.
• High thermal efficiency due to combustion air preheating and water preheating with economiser.

INSTRUMENTATION, CONTROLS AND SAFETIES
VAPOMAX is a fully automatic boiler. In any abnormal conditions either due to oil, water or flame failure, VAPOMAX shuts off & gives an alarm, indicating fault on control panel. So we can easily rectify the fault. |

We train our customer's boiler operators for routine operation & preventive maintenance at the time of commissioning of boiler. Backed up by efficient & promt service & spares. |
