DESIGN FEATURES
SUPERTHERM is designed for high efficiency of 87+2%
• Fully Automatic Operation SUPERTHERM runs ON-OFF automatically on heat requirement, hence consumes minimum fuel & gives best operating efficiency.
• Designed for heating thermic fluid up to 300°C almost at atmospheric pressure.
• We can supply Thermic Fluid heaters up to 340°C.(Pressurised)
• Designed for easy operation & maintenance.
• All standard indigeneous parts ensures easy availability of spares.
• Due to Coil type design & maximum safety features incorporated, there are no explosion hazards.
• The Pressure Jet Burner of the thermic fluid heater is adjusted to a high CO2 content & a high degree of efficiency maintaining clean combustion, almost free of air pollutants. |

THE EFFICIENCY IS SUBJECT TO FUEL OIL AS PER LDO - IS:1460, FO - IS:1593 WITH SEDIMENT CONTENT NOT MORE THAN 0.04% BY WEIGHT, VISCOSITY NOT MORE THAN 1500 SEC. REDWOOD No. 1 AT 37.8 O C (100 O F) AND NO CONRADSON CARBON. NCV of HSD-10,500 Kcal/Kg. LDO-10,200 Kcal/Kg. FO-9,650 Kcal/Kg.
